No. Tapping opens your card in their browser; the QR code works with any phone camera. They can save you to their contacts in one tap.
Which phones can tap?
Every iPhone from the XS on and nearly every Android phone reads NFC. Anyone else scans the QR code.
What if I change jobs?
Edit your card and every printed card, QR code and link shows the new details instantly. Nothing to reprint.
Can a stand or sticker open something other than my card?
Yes. Every piece has its own permanent link. Point it at your card, a review page, a menu, a giving page, tickets or any link — and change it whenever you like.
Is the Free plan really free?

What happens if I lose one?
